It’s important that residents notify the city as early as possible for moving out or moving into a property within the city’s limits. We would like to make sure that we get all the information we need to make this transition smooth. Those moving out should make sure that the City has their forwarding address so that any invoices or refund checks can be sent to the correct location.

Septic Inspections

Annual Septic Maintenance inspections are required by City Code. These inspections are done to protect health and safety in the community.

The Ramsey County Parks & Recreation Soil & Water Conservation division help eligible landowners seal unused wells.

Gem Lakes boundaries overlap with two watershed that help manage local surface waters and promote water quality improvements.
